This was the message for
the audience at the IV Charity Festival «El Kilo» Cornet and Drum
Bands Festival yesterday in Calasparra.
Everyone was encouraged to bring a kilo of non perishable food to be
distributed by the local church charity, Caritas.
The participating bands were CC y TT Samaritana Calasparra, CC y TT Ecce-Homo
Calasparra, Banda de CC y TT San Juan evangelista y La Dolorosa, CC and TT
Nuestro Padre Jesús Nazareno, who mounted a musical parade through the streets
before the concert in the Municipal Auditorium.
The local dance group, Espìga de Oro, took part in the concert.
