At the end of the pilgrimage from the Sanctuary to Calasparra, the statue of Our Lady of Hope and the Patron Saints of Calasparra «met» outside the Caverina football ground before continuing the journey to St Peter´s Church where the statue will remain for the month of May.
The Cultural and Folklore Association Rondalla Music and Dance Group and the Rociero Choir were on hand for the arrival of the pilgrimage at the Caverina.
Crowds of people accompanied the pilgrimage past decorated blaconies fromwhere residents threw rose petals in the path of the procession.
There was a mass on arrival at St Peter´s Church.
