This can only mean a new Ruta de Tapas with 16 bars and restaurants competing for your vote for the best tapa in town.
This VI Ruta de Tapas, a tapa and a small beer for two euros, is every weekend, including Friday and Sunday nights, from this weekend until November 24.
The new Ruta promises imagination and high cuisine as each entrant offically presented its entry yesterday at the Town Hall. A “milhoja de calabacín con gulas”, ( puff pastry with courgette and tiny baby eels); the rather mysterious “ explosion of flavours” and the intriguing “hojaldre de mar y tierra” (puff pastry of the lnd and sea) amongst many others. Thirty in total to try and to vote for!!
A popular vote from the clients and an expert jury will cose the best tapa in town.
