Fifteen Young people from Calasparra will visit Riorges in France to build a sculpture out of recycled waste in the Park of the Little Prince as part of the town’s twinning activities.
A committee from Riorges visited Calasparra recently to mark the 10th anniversary of the twinning of the two towns.
Under the slogan “Recycling Together for a Better Future” and funded by the European Youth in Action Programme young people from Donzdorf in Germany, also twinned with Riorges, will join the Calasparrians in different recycling workshops and social activities between July 10 and 17.
