A group of students on the university entrance course at the local High school have walked away with one of the prizes in a regional competition, My Digital Newspaper.
The vídeo “¿Blindfolded?” from the group, ”Deep Throat,” at the IES “Pérez Piñero” High School has won a prize in the annual regional schools competition, organized by the Department of Education, Culture and Universities and the regional newspaper, the Verdad.
The participants turned into real journalists to take part in the different sections: Digital Edition, News, Interview, Information in English and Video.
They won the Best Video Section and the Director General of the Banco Popular, José Miguel Regueira, has presented them with Fuji Jx600 Red Kit camera.
This same group visited our ecological vegetable garden a few weeks ago and interviewed the editor of Nexonr. The interview appeared in Ebnglish in the digital newspaper.
An enormous well done from Nexonr to all these budding journalists!!
