The Mayor of Calasparra, Jesús Navarro, received pupils from the Esperanza Primary School, in the Sala de Actos at the Town Hall, to mark the Day of the Constitution last Thursday.
The children, who were accompanied by their teacher, José López, had been working on a project in preparation for the visit and had questions for the Mayor and his team about the workings of governing the local area.
The visit culminated with a tour of all the offices in the Town Hall.
