Juan Párraga, known as Juan de
la Tasca for the bar he currently manages in Calle Mayor, will take over the Sanctuary
Restaurant.
The President of the Sanctuary Foundation, Fulgen Sánchez, told listeners to
Radio Calasparra today, Thursday, that the management of the restaurant would
be carried out by the Sanctuary Foundation (Mayordomia) through an employee.
After approaching various professionals in the sector the Foundation had reached
an agreement with Juan Párraga, she said.
“We have decided this is the formula which guarantees the opening of the
restaurant in the least time possible and with all the guarantees,” said the
President.
As managers of the restaurant the Foundation are advertising for catering professionals
who are interested in working in the restaurant to take their CV´s to the Sanctuary.
The restaurant should re-open around the middle of June.
