Destinations for flights from San Javier have been cut from 17 to nine from November as commercial activities are cut for the winter.
Flights to Brussels, Leeds, Bristol, Manchester, Newcastle and Dublín will be maintained as well as connections with Luton y Gatwick. Internal flights to Madrid-Barajas will continue with Air Nostrum.
Ryanair has decided to close seven of its routes and only fly to Ireland and the UK.Jet2.com will close its Belfast route.
San Javier registered 147.987 passengers in September and in the first nine months of the year 998.747 passengers passed through the terminal: 6,4% less than during the same period last year.
