While there was heavy rain in Jumilla yesterday and flooding in Molino de Segura on Saturday dire warnings of storms, hail and torrential rain in Calasparra from the Met Office came to nothing, not even a few drops of rain.
Once again Calasparra seems to have escaped the worst of the storms, although the Met Office is predicting a wet autumn, so it´s not over yet.
However, for this week at least we are in for fine if cloudy weather with daytime temperatures hovering around the mid 20’s. Night time temperatures will gradually fall to about 12 or 13 degrees by mid week.
According to the Met Office it will feel colder by next Sunday and there may be some showers.
