Yesterday, the Mayoress of Calasparra, Teresa Garcia, together with representatives of her government team and of the regional car industry, officially opened the first Calasparra Car Show.
There are more than 120 vehicles: new and second hand: bargains and zero.k on display throughout the town over this weekend.
Apart from the car show there will be talks on road safety and road education; childrens´workshops: kart circuits; and a Formula One simulator; music and an opportunity to sample the local gastronomy in bars and restaurants.
The show is open from 10am to 9pm.
