The second concert in the Antique Music Festival this year was held in one of the most historic and emblematic places in Calasparra in the shadow of the castle ruins above the town.
The Town Hall had laid on two vehicles to transport spectators who were unable or unwilling to make the long climb to the Open Air Theatre to watch the medieval minstrels.
Music was selected from the 16th and early 17th century and the dancer and choreographer, Eva Narejos, joined the members of the local group, La Danserye, to perform against the backcloth of the night in the mountains.
Truly a memorable night!
