One person was seriously injured and another three suffered light injuries as result of a road traffic accident on the Calasparra to Venta del Olivo road this morning, Monday, at 7.10am.
Emergency services were called and fought to release a man trapped in the wreckage.
A 15 year old girl was treated for an anxiety attack and two other injured people, one woman with a fractured ankle and a man who suffered a blow to his chest, were taken to the hospital in Caravaca.
The accident involved a saloon car and a van. The cause of the accident is unknown.
