The website, http://regiondemurciatransport.es , which provides information on bus routes and timetables in the 45 municipal areas of the region, has already received 850,000 visits.
The Director of Public Transport in the region, José Guillén has explained that any citizen can consult the details of the bus routes in order to plan their journeys especially during the summer when large numbers of people want to go to the beach. He said “this forms part of the campaign of progressive awareness of the advantages of public transport.”
The website includes information on routes, timetables, connections, bus stops, ticket prices and journey times.
