The residents of Valentin now have a new public space for community and cultural activities and new technologies funded by Plan E and the Leader Fund in the former chapel of San Juan in the Plaza de Calasparra.
The Mayor of Calasparra, Jesús Navarro, with other elected representatives from the Town Hall, members of the Valentin Fiestas Commission officially opened the new social centre last Saturday during the local fiestas.
The architect for the project was Emilio Pérez Belda, son of Emilio Pérez Piñero, and Roque Piñero, was the Director of Works.
