The chef, Juan Antonio Herraiz Herraiz of the Hotel Santos Nelva de Murcia has chosen The Bomba Rice of Calasparra for the sixth edition of the Gastronomy Days from November 22 to 27.
This well known culinery maestro, the head of the kitchen at the hotel, has turned the Gastronomy Days into a classic in the city of Murcia with special menus with our local rice as the protagonist.
Each day features different aperitifs and tastings of different rice dishes.
