The management of Los Lomas, Mel Anie, has announced a series of changes from the week beginning June 8 as our hostess struggles with the sudden and tragic death of her mother.
“The death of my mother has been a nightmare” says Mel Anie, who is currently in the UK sorting out the last of the paperwork following her mother´s death.
When she gets back there will be some changes.
First of all there will be three choices of the Menu del Día, which will change every day, for only 10€, including a starter, a main course, a dessert and either a soft drink, a small beer or a wine, and coffee.
Monday night is quz night and sandwiches can be ordered in advance at 2€ for one and a half rounds. Tables of four or more ordering sandwiches get a free plate of salad and tortilla crisps.
Tuesdays Los Lomas is closed:
Friday is homemade fish and chips for only 7.95€ between 12 midday and 3pm and 7 and 9pm.
Saturday night is live music night. Tickets are 5€ or 9€ for a ticket including a meal of the week.
Sunday morning is breakfast club: a bacon or sausage sarnie plus a large tea or coffee for only 3€.
Sunday carvery served frrom 1 to 3pm. Reservations advisable to avoid disappointment.
As always drinks are cheap at Los Lomas: house vodka, gin or whisky with a house mixer only 2€ any day, every day!! German lager 1.50€ a pint.
The usual charity events will continue.
