It is no longer Covid which is the main threat to the health of people in our region but respiratory viruses, including flu, which are flooding doctor´s surgeries.
In the region there has been with a 37 percent increase in flu cases alone during the last seven days. There are currently 97 cases of flu and 685 respìratory viruses per 100,000 of population.
The statistics for Covid in the region have fallen by five percent to 84 cases per 100,000 head of population.
