Property recovered from burglaries on the Tierra del Sol urbanisation during the summer, has provided important clues which will lead to the imminent arrests, according to the Mayor of Calasparra, José Velez.
The property recovered (pictured here) was put on display by the local police and Guardia Civil on September 1.
Although there seems to be a lull in the spate of burglaries readers are advised to lock and secure their homes, even if they are going out for a short time. The local police also recommend installing an alarm.
Readers are also reminded that if their insurance claims have been refused there is a complaints procedure, and, if this fails to change matters, there is recourse to the Insurance Ombudsman.
