The children of Calasparra were treated to a Special Magic Show this weekend organised by the local Town Hall in collaboration with COREM (the Consortium for the recycling of rubbish in the Murcia region).
Aimed at both parents and children the object of the show was to underline the importance of daily recycling in order to make a contribution to our planet.
At the end of the show an information leaflet, to aid families continue to work on recycling at home, was distributed.
The Mayoress of Calasparra,Teresa Garcia, said Calasparra was a town which recycled a lot and where children played a fundamental role.
“The children are the most concerned with the cleanliness of our town and for recycling. We cannot continue in this manner, we must care for the environment, “she said.
