The price of property here in Spain fell by 12.8% during the first part of this year compared to the same period last year alongside the European average fall of 2.2%.
According to the European Statistics Agency the 12.8% drop mirrors the three month period at the end of 2012 but is less than the 16.1% drop in the third quarter and 16% in the second of 2012.
