Businessmen, the self employed and small and medium sized companies in areas of high unemployment such as Calasparra could benefit from a pot of 25 million euros in European funds.
Any solvent business can apply for loans of up to 300,00 euros under the scheme, called INFOREACTIVA, through the Caja Rural Central, Cajamar, Banco Sabadell-CAM or BMN.
A spokesperson explains that the principal object of the project is to provide a rapid line of credit for small enterprises in need of a cash injection. The interest is likely to be between 5 and 5.5% percent.
Applications should be made at the particpating Banks which will study the viability of projects and businesses and assess their solvency.
