Over the past seven days 16 active cases of Covid-19 have been registered in vulnerable groups in Calasparra.
In the region there were less new cases diagnosed in the past 24 hours but 10 more hospital admissions and two more patients admitted to intensive care with the virus.
Sadly, there was one death recorded in the last 24 hours, bringing the death toll to 2,256.
There were 865 new cases diagnosed in the past 24 hours compared to 946 yesterday.
However, hospital admissions have increased to 314 and, of these, 15 are in intensive care.
