The Sanctuary restaurant has been officially opened again, following the recruitment of a new boss, and will open to the public tomorrow, Sunday.
The new boss is Juan Párraga, already a great favourite amongst the ex-pat community here in Calasparra for his Bar Tasca in Calle Mayor.
Pictured her is the new «team» with members of the Sanctuary Foundation and the Parish priest of Calasparra.
Juan Gil will be the new chef.
