First estimation of the damage caused by a wildfire near Cenajo, which has been declared contained but not extinguished this morning, is 130 hectares of land destroyed.
The agents of Plan Infomur, which fights fires in the Murcia region, were still working this morning to put out a forest fire which started just below the Cenajo dam at 6.30pm yesterday evening (Friday).
Efforts continue to finally extinguish the blaze this morning with air and land defences from five fire brigades, including Calasparra, still in action.
