The association, «Plaza Nueva», organised the march on Sunday in protest against the closure of Calasparra Station and demanded the re-opening of the rail link with Albacate.
A solo singer from Cehegin and two groups gave a concert at the station after the march,
The demands of the association are supported by the Mayoress of Calasparra, Teresa Garcia, and the Mayor of Hellin.
