It’s an early start for the pilgrims of Calasparra who accompanied of the statue of Our Lady of Hope on her return to the Sanctuary in the early morning hours of yesterday.
The statue usually passes May in Calasparra for a month of religious celebrations.
The Brotherhood of the Patron Saints of Calasparra, Abdon and Señen, accompanied the procession to the gate of the Caverina Football Stadium.
The Mayoress, the government team and numerous Calasparrians joined the pilgrimage on foot across the hills to the Sanctuary.
