Some 105 runners signed up for the 10k race “Entre Arrozales” on Sunday and José Rodríguez and Ana María del Cerro were the winners in their categories.
The race, which started and finished at the Sanctuary and took in the rice fields of Calasparra, forms part of the regional Federation Athletics League, and was organized by DO Calasparra Rice and Calasparra Town Hall.
The sponsors were the Santander Bank and 20% of the inscription cost goes to the local cancer charity, Calasparra Se Mueve.
