The new parish priest of Calasparra,José Manuel Martínez Rosique, officially took over the role at a special mass on Sundayakne over the role from Sunday at St Peter´s Church led by the Espiscopal Vicar, Jesús Aguilar.
Surrounded by family and friends and an ample representation of the new parish he declared himself “enthusiastic” about his arrival in Calasparra but asked for patience from his new parisioners as “I get to know you and you get to know me.”
