Calasparra is one of 22 municipal areas which will receive grants from the Ministry of Employment to create new jobs in July.
Some 1,500 jobs will be created throughout Murcia by investing a total of 4,590,987,92 euros in the most depressed municipal areas.
Calasparra will receive 289.508,95 euros, most of which is expected to be used to create “employment of social and general interest” during periods when there is no casual work in farming.
Projects may last between two and nine months and will start in July this year.
