Although the number of new cases diagnosed in the Murcia region was the fourth highest in a 24 hours period since the pandemic began in March 2020, there were 706 less cases registered than the day before.
Of the 2,754 new cases 33 were registered in Calasparra.
Sadly, three people have died from the virus in the last 24 hours in the region, two men and a woman aged 75, 50 and 84 years, bringing the death toll to 1,833.
