The first Artesan Market at the local Sanctuary this Sunday dedicated to Calasparra´s star product: rice, was a resounding success with over 3,000 visitors.
The market brought together the best artesans of the area and aspires to grow and grow!!
Jesus Navarro, the Mayor of Calapsarra, cut the ribbon to officially open the market which will be a regular event on every third Sunday of the month. The next date on the calendar is November 17 and will have esparto grass as its theme.
