The annual celebrations of the Donation of the Villa of Calasparra to the Order of San Juan of Jerusalem on June 8, 9 and 10 will in clued the horseback Parade in medieval costume, the medieval dinner and a special Ruta de Tapas.
Medieval costumes can be bought or hired from the shop Pepe Caro in Calasparra.
Events will include a theatrical enbanctment of the donation of the keys of the town.
The University Popular, adult education centre, has also been holding a workshop for residents to make their own medieval costumes.
