The weekly market in Calasparra will be on Thursday instead of Friday this week due to the Easter celebrations.
Bilingual recipes are available at the ecological vegetable stall along with all the ingredients required to make these delicious local dishes.
Also on sale at the stall will be Swiss Chard, broccoli, lettuces, purple sprouting, parsnips, leeks and celery.
Saldi ecological olive oil is available in two litre bottles.
All the vegetables are picked fresh on the morning of the market and grown without any chemical or artificial fertilizer or accelerants in line with the ecological certificate issued by the regional Department of Agriculture. The stall remains the only certified ecological vegetable commercial outlet in Calasparra.
The stall has moved from outside the gates of Cine Rosales to the corner outside the Sangui supermarket.
