This is just one of the 11 courses and 22 workshops officially presented by Maria Dolores Gomariz, Head of UP, and the Head of the Department for Elderly People, Antonio Moreno this week.
The adult education centre opens in October and the term finishes in May.
Among the subjects on offer are languages, painting, guitar, radio, dance and cookery.
