La Tasca, restaurant, Calasparra, has been chosen from 1,000 participants to be one of 40 finalists in the National Pinchos and Tapas Competition of Valladolid.
The tapa, Crystal Crunch & Pork,» by Juan Párraga, head at La Tasca, will enter the final on November 7 to 9. It is based on a tapa developed by the family at Bar Crillas over 40 years ago.
