Flu vaccinations and Covid boosters (4th vaccinations) in the Murcia region begin today, September 26, for those living and working in residential homes.
The vaccinations for people between 65 and 69 years in the homes will include a pneumonia inoculation for those who have not received it before.
The autumn campaign against respiratory infections (flu, Covid booster and pneumonia) starting in the region today is for those considered to be high risk of infection or transmission.
From October 6 the flu and Covid booster will be given to people of 60 years or more and those in the “at risk” and priority groups (pregnant women, essential workers, the chronically ill or with “at risk pathologies», domestic workers and those living with people in risk groups or elderly people) through the local Health Centres.
