Today, Thursday, was the wettest day in Calasparra since last year, with 57 litres of rain falling per square metre, wind, thunder and lightning.
The storm warning was in force until midday today and although it was the wettest day of the year no incidents were reported in Calasparra.
The wettest days last year were April 19 when 63.5litres fell per square metre and September 12 when a massive 140 litres of rain fell.
