The first wave of winter infections in the Murcia region has finally begun to descend with less cases of coranavirus (COVID), flu and bronquitis over the last week.
Despite the slight increases in infections in the fourth week of this year experts believe the rate of infections reached its peak and has now began to decrease.
The week January 27 to February 2 showed a general decrease in infections of 10.4% and more specifically a 39% decrease in coronavirus infections; 18.5% in flu infections; and 9.7% in bronquitis.
