Run or walk through some of the most beautiful and emblematic beauty spots in Calasparra in a Tour Around the Sanctuary organised by the local Sports Department, Blade Runners and ASTRAC.
The event begins at 10am for runners and 9am for walkers and covers 14 kilometres including the meeting of the rivers, the Viveros, the Sanctuary and the paddy fields. It forms part of the League of Public Runs and is and evento n the calendar of the Running Challenge 2016/17.
The first person to cross the line in less than 50 minutes will win the 200€ prize.
Last year the same event was postponed due to inclement weather so the organisers have their fingers crossed for the day of the run/walk on November 6.
Inscription is 12€ for adults and 3€ for the junior run.
“This is a difficult trial which is also rewarding for the participants”, says Toño Borruey, Vice President of Blade Runners.
