An earthquake of 2.6 on the Richter scale was reported in south west Calasparra at appoximately 7.20am this morning, Friday.
No personal or material damage has been reported.
The quake was some 10k below the earth´s surface.
There have been a series of small quakes in municipal areas surrounding Calasparra recently. However, they are mainly small and deep below the surface so they are hardly detectable and rarely cause any damage.
