As the level of risk of catching Covid-19 goes from “low” to “medium high” in Calasparra the numbers of contagions are soaring.
There are now 26 active cases, 14 of which were diagnosed in the last 24 hours.
The story is the same in the region of Murcia with 1,807 confirmed cases (607 more than Saturday´s statistics) and, regrettably, eight more deaths.
There are now 459 patients hospitalized with 88 in intensive care.
The death toll from Covid-19 in the region has increased to 790.
Hospitals in the region are under pressure and all non-urgent operations in all hospitals in the region have been cancelled.
