A special Show Cooking demonstration formed part of the Gastronomic Days of Calasparra Rice celebrated in Calasparra over the long weekend.
Chefs, Julio Velandrino and Juan Pablo Ortiz, of Taberna Barrigaverde, used their special styles to cook this local product with imagination and originality and produce mouth-watering dishes for the audience to taste.
This event was transferred from Cine Rosales to the exhibition space in Calle Mayor due to the inclement weather.
