As part of the ongoing campaign to prevent truancy in Calasparra the local Department of Education has announced a Poster and Slogan Competition for first and second year primary pupils.
The them of the competition is the Prevention and Control of School Absenteeism and the first prize is a Tablet.
All entries will form part of an exhibition.
