CALASPARRA RICE – THE STAR OF THE AUSTRALIAN PAELLA

Calasparra rice travels well and now there is news that the Australians are enjoying it thanks to Murcian chef, Miguel Maestre, who is serving plates of paella at his restaurant Aperitif in Sydney.
This well known chef has his own programme on Australian televisión and he will interviewed on our own Radio Calasparra at 11am today, Tuesday.
The star product in his paellas is our famous rice but the chef also uses local ingredients such as sweet paprika and dried red peppers (ñora).
