BOOK WEEK IN CALASPARRA APRIL 17 TO 26

Calasparra Town Hall has presented the programme for Book Week in Calasparra with events aimed at all ages to promote reading and open access to culture.
Programme
April 18 8pm Book Presentation in the Museo de la Villa
“Príncipe Quípar, el último íbero de Karabaj”, by José Fuentes Blanc,

6pm Family Theatre in the Municipal Auditorium with a puppet theatre “BoBo”, with the Periferia Teatro, suitable for children from three years.

April 20 and 29 Storytelling by Jon Mitó at infant and primary schools in Calasparra

April 23 The Day of the Book
Storytelling in the Municipal Nursery

Book Presentation 8pm Casa de la Cultura “La utopía compartida”, by Joaquín Sánchez and Fernando Bermúdez.

April 24 Book 8pm Presentation Museo de la Villa
“Sin mucho cuento”, by Josefina Mengual Montalbán

April 25 8pm Concert in the Municipal Auditorium
Music from Stories and «Music and Poetry: songs and poems of death, love and life»

April 26 10.30am to 2pm Final Day of Book Week: «The Library in the Street» in the Plaza de la Corredera with readings for all the family and a Theatrical Scene by the Municipal Comedian’s Workshop plus readings from the LIttle Prince.
There will be different stands dedicated to promoting reading with the participation of the municipal library, local authors, the association Murcia Romántica and a point where used books can be exchanged.
