Salad days would not be complete without those tiny, sweet new potatoes served with butter and sprigs of fresh mint!!
The ecological stall will have some freshly dug new potatoes on offer tomorrow on Calasparra´s Friday’s market plus crisp fresh lettuces, plump red tomatoes and cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, beetroot, spring onions, carrots, peppery radishes and small green “padrón” peppers.
Don´t forget to drop by and pick up your bilingual recipes for fresh summer salads from the stall outside the Sangui supermarket. We open at approximately 9am as we spend the early hours picking the produce fresh for the market.
