The State Met Office has, once again, issued a forecast for heavy rain in the region of Murcia from tomorrow which could persist over the weekend.
There is also an 89% chance of some rain today.
However, as Calasparra persists in its own little weather bubble and the much needed rain stubbornly refuses to fall this prediction, in common with those of last week, may not come to fruition.
The hot, dry summer ended this week in Spain as Autumn officially started and the Met Office predicts a cool, wet Autumn. Temperatures during the day will be lower this week diving to 21 degrees on Friday and nightime lows should be a very pleasant 14 to 15 degrees centigrade.
