Nearly 300 people enjoyed a day by the river with the Municipal Canoe Club on Sunday, sharing river descents, swimming and paella.
Visitors, including French and German students currently in Calapsarra on a twinning visit, and around 90 youngsters and monitors took part in activities organised for the Open Day.
There will be another Open Day at the Canoe Club on August 28.
