The local police have informed us that there will be road closures in the centre of Calasparra to facilitate public works and the carnival parades.
Calle Lavador will be closed from 8.30am on Wednesday until and including Friday. Access roads to Calle Lavador will also be closed. This is due to the installation of high tension electricity cable.
Today, Tuesday, February 9, parking is prohibited and roads will be closed to traffic from 2pm at the Convento, Plaza de la Corredera and the Gran Via in both directions.
On Saturday February 13 from 9pm the Plaza de la Corredera and the Gran Via will be closed to traffic and parking on the right hand side of the Gran Via will be prohibited until the end of the parade. The parade is at 11pm.
