The campaign, Calasparra Solidarity, and the Amplexus Foundation have signed an agreement to raise funds through “text message solidarity.”
The service operates through the exclusive number, AYUDA CALASPARRA al 28099, and costs 1.20 euros. The entire cost of the call goes to local charitites such as Caritasd, the Red Cross, the Disabled Persons Association and the Friends of the Sahara.
The companies Movistar, Vodafone, Orange and the Amplexus Foundation all form part of the project.
The Amplexus Foundation is a non profit making organisation registered in the Ministry of Culture Register of Foundations, Orden 1.531/2009, which, among other aims, raises funds for charities at zero cost.
